Only the Awards and the Self-Evaluation form are active at the moment. I am working on the ultimate cover letter, one that will never have to be re-written or revised. It will cover all contingencies and all potential employers. Speaking of employers, I am putting together an application for prospective employers. This will help me during my evaluation process. Of course a resume will be accepted but don't expect me to read it--I will base my decision entirely on the first impression I get during the interview process. I will put together some guidelines for employers also, a cheat sheet if you will. This will give you a better idea of what I expect of a future boss and possibly help you prepare for the interview. For instance, it will provide tips on how to avoid a condescending attitude or air of patronization. This should be regarded as a must-read by employers.
