Blue Collar Intro

Blue Collar Computer is my personal business site. It's more online brochure than informative but I intend to upload my computer articles here. This will include tutorials, reviews, and articles dealing with varying aspects of the computer world. Software I use and like. My personal observations of the computerized culture may be here or they may be in my content (collections) section--I haven't decided. I'm sure I'll get it all linked together at some point anyway. My first tutorials will deal with the problems I see people dealing with most often (besides the obvious slowdowns due to spyware and virii). These how-to articles will deal with:

Organizing 'My Documents' (How to find your 'stuff')
Organizing 'My Music' (Where's my music anyway?)
Organizing your Start Menu (Eliminate the urban sprawl)
'My Favorite Tools' (Keeping everything kosher)

I know that when links don't work people don't come back. But this is a long-term project so I'm not gonna worry. Some of the articles have been written and I just need to test and upload. Some have been fermenting in the gray matter and they will be forthcoming soon. But this is a one man operation and, much as I'd like, I can't spend ten hours a day on it. My biggest challenge was getting all the styling done and working across multiple browsers. With that done it should be downhill from here on out. I have my vehicle and though it is a tugboat it will be slow and steady. Just remember to bookmark and return soon.
